"I have had an in depth interest in nutrition for several years while dealing with stomach problems after prolonged use of antibiotics due to consistent cystitis. I needed an alternative way to deal with my problems as I knew my immune system would be compromised if i had to take more antibiotics. I had been to a variety of alternative treatments however I found kinesiology to be the most useful. This is because it works with the intuition of your body. Not only can the system detect ailments in the body it also works holistically with how one feels about the ailment and one's attitude towards one's body and mind.

I had severe stomach pain for years and my energy levels were extremely low and after being in and out of hospital as well as to my GP several times I didn't get any satisfying explanation or cure. I then went to see Liz who within 30 minutes explained what food my body could and could not handle and since then I have felt the best I've been in years!
