Systematic Kinesiology, Light Grids Healing & Access Consciousness

Liz Svensson trained with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (TASK), Ireland at Walmers Holistic Centre, Dublin in 2007. She holds a Diploma in kinesiology and a joint Honours BSc in Psychology & Development Studies, Middlesex University, London. In 2009 she also commenced training in the Light Grids Technique and now practices energy healing using this very powerful technique, with which on Friday evenings she facilitates Gifting & Receiving group healings in the lovely South William Space. She also trained with Access Consciousness in the Bars Technique, a great tool for releasing any old thought patterns and belief systems stopping you from living your life to the fullest.

Liz comes from a background of social and cross cultural psychology, with a deep interest in holistic approaches to understanding and achieving human well-being. She got introduced to kinesiology since a period of personal health problems in 2003 and is now a certified practitioner with the Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK). She practices in the Avalon Centre (D6W) Mondays - Fridays.

As a member of ASK, Liz:

• Has undergone 2 years of professional training

• Attends annual post graduate training

• Is bound by a strict code of Ethics and Practice

• Is working with FICTA and Governement to negotiate standards for the future of Complementary Therapies in Ireland
